Kısaca: Bu uygulama gizliliğine saygı duyar. Hesap açmanı istemez, seni takip etmez ve kişisel verilerini toplamaz. Çizimlerin, projelerin ve ayarların yalnızca kendi cihazında saklanır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Uygulamayı kullanman için hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyoruz: ad, e-posta, telefon, konum ya da hesap bilgisi istemeyiz. Sunucumuz yoktur ve verilerin internete gönderilmez.

2. Cihazda saklanan veriler

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazının yerel deposunda tutulur ve bizim tarafımızdan görülmez:

Oluşturduğun animasyon projeleri ve kareler
Dil, tema, ses ve buton sesi tercihlerin
Uygulama içi durum (ör. premium/deneme veya ödül durumu)

Uygulamayı kaldırırsan bu veriler cihazından silinir.

3. İzinler

Mikrofon: Yalnızca animasyonuna ses kaydetmek istersen kullanılır. Kayıt cihazında kalır, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Depolama / İndirilenler: Yalnızca dışa aktardığın GIF, video, PNG veya proje dosyalarını cihazına kaydetmek için kullanılır.
Bildirimler (isteğe bağlı): Yalnızca sen açarsan, nazik hatırlatıcılar göstermek için kullanılır.

4. Reklamlar (varsa)

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümünde reklam gösterilebilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur ve AdMob, reklam amacıyla cihaz tanımlayıcıları gibi sınırlı verileri işleyebilir. Google'ın veri uygulamaları için: policies.google.com/privacy. Premium satın alındığında reklamlar kaldırılır.

Not: Uygulamada reklam etkin değilse bu bölüm uygulanmaz.

5. Satın almalar

Varsa abonelik/satın alma işlemleri Google Play üzerinden yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız.

6. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama her yaştan kullanıcıya uygundur. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Uygulama çocuklara yönelik olarak yayımlanırsa, Google Play "Aileler" politikalarına uygun olarak kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu sözleşmeyi zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değişir.

In short: This app respects your privacy. It does not ask you to create an account, does not track you, and does not collect personal data. Your drawings, projects and settings are stored only on your own device.

1. Data we collect

We collect no personal data to let you use the app: we do not ask for your name, email, phone, location or account. We run no servers and your data is never sent over the internet.

2. Data stored on your device

The following is kept only in your device's local storage and is not visible to us:

Your animation projects and frames
Your language, theme, sound and button-sound preferences
In-app state (e.g. premium/trial or reward status)

Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.

3. Permissions

Microphone: Used only if you choose to record audio for your animation. The recording stays on your device and is not uploaded.
Storage / Downloads: Used only to save the GIF, video, PNG or project files you export.
Notifications (optional): Used only if you turn them on, to show gentle reminders.

4. Advertising (if present)

The free version may show ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process limited data such as device identifiers for advertising. For Google's data practices see policies.google.com/privacy. Purchasing Premium removes ads.

Note: if ads are not enabled in the app, this section does not apply.

5. Purchases

Any subscriptions or purchases are handled by Google Play; we do not see or store your payment details.

6. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If the app is published as directed to children, no personalized ads are shown, in line with Google Play's "Families" policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated effective date.
