This policy explains what Tutor Planner: Student Tracker ("the app") does with your information. In short: the tutoring data you enter stays on your device, and we do not collect, store or sell it.
Students, parent names and phone numbers, lessons, cancellations, notes, fees and payments are stored only in a local database on your device. This data is never uploaded to our servers, and the app has no user account or sign-in.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for ad consent on first launch and can change that choice at any time. Purchasing Tutor Planner Pro removes all advertising.
The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
Lesson summaries, statements and payment reminders are prepared inside the app and opened in the messaging app you choose (for example WhatsApp or your SMS app). You send them yourself. The app does not transmit, store or read those messages.
You can export a backup file to a location you choose. That file is under your control; it is not sent anywhere. Android's automatic cloud backup is disabled for this app.
The app is designed for teachers and tutors and is not directed at children under 13. Student information is entered by the teacher, who is responsible for handling it lawfully.
If you record information about students and their parents, you act as the controller of that data under laws such as the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK. Please collect only what you need and share statements or reminders only with the relevant parent or guardian.
Delete a student inside the app to remove their lessons and payments, or remove everything through Android Settings › Apps › Tutor Planner › Storage › Clear data. Uninstalling the app also deletes all local data.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
