Summary
Fleet Management: Maintenance (package com.temasky.fleetmanagement.maintenance, the "App") is developed by TEMA SKY BİLİŞİM Ltd. ("TemaSky", "we"). The App works offline and stores your fleet data only on your device. We do not operate an account system, we do not run a server for your data, and we cannot access the vehicles, drivers, documents or photos you enter.
The only data leaving your device is what advertising and billing services provided by Google collect, and only in the situations described below.
1. Data you enter, stored on your device
The following information is saved in a local database and local files in the App's private storage area:
- Vehicle records: plate, brand, model, year, type, mileage, department
- Driver records: name, phone number, licence class, assigned vehicle, notes
- Document records: type, issue and expiry dates, provider, policy or document number, amount, notes
- Photographs of documents that you capture or import
- Fine and maintenance records, company name and manager e-mail address that you type into settings
This data is never transmitted to TemaSky or to a third party by the App. It is removed when you delete the record or uninstall the App. Because the data is local, we cannot restore it for you; use the Excel export in the Reports screen to keep your own backup.
Android may include the App's data in a device backup if you have enabled Google backup for your device. That backup is controlled by Google and your device settings, not by us.
2. Permissions and device features

3. Advertising (free plan only)
The free plan shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process the advertising identifier, coarse location derived from the IP address, device and app information and ad interaction events in order to serve, limit, measure and prevent fraud in advertising. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing.

- Where required by law (EEA, UK, Switzerland), a Google-certified consent dialog (UMP) is shown on first launch. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings under Privacy → Ads.
- On any paid plan, the App loads no ads at all.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google; we never see or store card data. The App receives only the purchase state (which product is active) and stores it on the device. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The in-app review prompt uses the Google Play In-App Review API. Reviews you submit are published by Google Play under your Google account; we receive no additional personal data from that flow.
5. Data we collect ourselves
None. The App contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no login and no server owned by us. We do not build user profiles and we do not sell or share personal data.
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the address and the content of your message solely to answer you, and we delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
6. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
- Contract: providing the App's features and processing purchases.
- Consent: personalised advertising and notifications, where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time in the App settings or your device settings.
- Legitimate interests: limited processing by Google for ad fraud prevention, security and non-personalised ad delivery.
7. Retention
Your fleet data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App; we set no retention period because we hold no copy. Advertising and billing data retention is governed by Google's own policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Because we do not hold your App data, you exercise most of these rights directly in the App: edit or delete any record, or uninstall to remove everything. For data processed by Google, contact Google or use your Google account controls. For anything else, write to us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children
The App is a business tool intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us and we will act accordingly.
10. Security
App data is kept in the App's private storage, which Android isolates from other apps. Protecting the device itself (screen lock, system updates, avoiding unofficial builds) is the user's responsibility. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.
11. International users
Because your fleet data does not leave your device, the App transfers no such data internationally. Google may process advertising and billing data on servers located outside your country under its own safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes or the law requires it. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app listing or in the App itself.
