This Privacy Policy explains how Audora, developed by TemaSky ("we", "us", "our"), handles your information. Audora is an on-device video/audio to MP3 converter, cutter and merger. It is built to put your privacy first.
We, as the developer, do not directly collect personal data from you. We do not access, upload or store your media files, contacts, or precise location. Media files you select are read only on your device, solely to perform the operation you requested (convert, cut, merge, edit tags, add cover art, set as ringtone, or save to your device).
Your in-app preferences (such as your chosen name, language, theme, sound setting, and premium status) are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to us.
The free version uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), device information, and approximate (non-precise) location. Premium users are shown no ads at all. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from your device settings at any time.
Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment details; these transactions are handled entirely by Google. The app only keeps a local record of whether you are a Premium user, stored on your device.
Audora may use the Google Play In-App Review API so you can rate the app without leaving it. The app may also send local reminder notifications that are scheduled on your device; these are generated locally and are not sent from any server. No personal data is required for these features.

Because your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us, they remain under your control. Any information handled by third-party services (such as AdMob or Google Play Billing) is transmitted using industry-standard encryption managed by those providers.
Audora is a general-audience utility app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through a third-party service in a way that concerns you, please contact us and we will address it.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most such requests relate to data processed by Google (AdMob / Play Billing); you can exercise those rights through your Google account and device settings. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and publish the updated version at the same location. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
