Privacy Policy
1. Data we store on your device
The following data is created by you and stays in the app's private storage on your phone. We have no access to it:
- Tasks, projects, estimated pomodoros and optional hourly rates
- Focus sessions (start time, end time, duration, linked task)
- App settings, daily goal, streaks, seeds, gems, unlocked themes and achievements
This data is removed when you uninstall the app or use Settings → Delete all data. If Android Auto Backup is enabled on your device, Google may back up app data to your own Google Drive account under Google's terms; we cannot read that backup.
2. Data collected by third-party services
We do not operate servers and we do not run our own analytics. Two Google services are integrated:

3. Permissions
- Notifications — to show the running timer countdown, session-complete alerts and reminders. You can decline or revoke this at any time in Android settings; the app keeps working.
- Foreground service — to keep the pomodoro countdown accurate while you use other apps.
- Advertising ID — used by AdMob in the free version only.
- Billing — required for Premium purchases.
The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, files or your calendar.
4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — providing the timer, statistics and purchases you request.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — personalised advertising, where a consent prompt is shown in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — non-personalised advertising to fund the free version, and preventing fraud and abuse.
5. Your rights and choices
- Delete all app data at any time: Settings → Delete all data, or uninstall the app.
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Remove ads entirely by purchasing Premium.
- Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing; under CCPA/CPRA you may request access or deletion and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information. Because we hold no user database, requests about ad data should also be directed to Google.
- You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Türkiye, KVKK applications can be made to us at the address below.
6. International transfers
Google may process advertising and purchase data on servers outside your country, including the United States, using Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
7. Data retention
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. On-device data lives until you delete it. Google retains advertising and purchase data according to its own retention policies.
8. Children
The app is rated for general audiences but is designed for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the ad services, contact us and we will help you raise it with Google.
9. Security
App data is kept in private app storage protected by Android's sandbox and, on most devices, by full-disk encryption. No method of storage is completely secure, but since no data is transmitted to us, exposure is limited to your own device.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features or service providers change. The "Last updated" date above will change and the current version is always available at this page and from Settings → Privacy policy in the app.
